Privacy

This website is run by Istidipana (OPC) Private Limited, G2, Ground Floor, Laxmi Bhagwati Enclave, in front of Durga Asthan, Hatia Rd, Tulsinagar Colony, Bank Colony, Tilkamanjhi, Bhagalpur, Bihar 812001. It is a Buy Buy Cart franchisee store and is separate from the Buy Buy Cart corporate website and app.

Here is what we collect when you use the site, why we need it, and what happens to it.

What we collect

When you create an account: your name, phone number and email address, plus a password you choose. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email address your Google account shares with us. Your email is used to confirm the account and to reset your password if you forget it.
When you send a list: the items and quantities you type or paste, your name, phone number, the email address on your account, the pickup time you choose, and any note you add (for example whether a similar brand is OK). We also record the status of your list and the replies our team sends you.
When you upload a photo of a handwritten list: the photo is made smaller on your own device and is then read automatically to fill in the item boxes for you. The photo itself is not saved by us — only the items you check and send become part of your list.

What we do not collect

We do not take card, net banking or wallet details, and there is no payment on this website. You pay for your goods at the store when you collect them. We do not ask for your address, ID proof or any other personal document.

Who can see your details

Our own store team — the owner and staff members we allow in — can see your list, contact details and pickup time so they can check stock, pack your order and reply to you. Other customers cannot see your details. Access is controlled at the database level, not just in the website.

Third-party services

Google provides the "Continue with Google" sign-in button and the map shown on our pages. Google may set its own cookies and applies its own privacy policy.
An automated reading service helps turn a photo of a handwritten list into items. We ask it not to keep the image.
Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run the site securely.

We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your account stays open until you ask us to close it. Your lists and order history are kept so you can send the same list again and so we can look after any problem with a purchase. Please keep your password to yourself — anyone with your login can see your own orders.

Your choices

You can ask us to update your details, tell you what we hold about you, or delete your account and your lists. Call us on +91 93373 88684 or come to the store and we will do it for you. You can also stop using the site at any time; nothing here is compulsory.

Changes to this page

If we change how we handle your information we will update this page. Last updated 11 October 2026.
